Our supporters come from far and wide. From former members who now live abroad to politicians and local businesses to large football/soccer clubs, the people and organisations that support us is always appreciated.

A GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP

Committed to Enriching the Lives of Youth across the world

Whilst the Boys’ Brigade started in Glasgow, it has impacted a large number of Youths on a global scale.

We may be familiar with the efforts of the Boys’ Brigade in Commonwealth countries but our organisation has helped carve out youth work further afield. Ever been to Wisconsin? Well it has the largest BB group in the entire world.

As part of the Global BB movement, we are provided with a range of opportunities that allow our members to work with those in other groups across the world. We are all connected so much so as a local group, we regularly follow and keep in touch with others at home and abroad.

ONAWAY ISLAND, WISCONSIN, USA

On January 22, 1900, the Boys’ Brigade was formed at First Presbyterian Church, Neenah. One year later a Mr. S.F. Shattuck took over the Brigade leadership and in 1910 purchased Onaway Island for the young people of Fox Valley to experience camping.
